Small Krispy potato kugel

1/4 cup oil (bake it on 425 ahead of time)
4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs + 1 egg white

bake on 425 for 1 hour
