Dried Fruit Brisket

Flour, spice, herb, rub, and thyme your brisket
Brown it in a dutch oven (frying pan)
add oil, caramelized onion, garlic, carrots
red wine
cut potatoes
broth (2 cups liquid)

Oven 300, 3-4 hours covered
1 hour before serving add a combination of dried fruid, slice the meat, and add more broth if needed.

Making Cauliflower taste good

cut and blanch cauliflower
roast 3 cloves garlic in oil
add scallions, Serrano pepper, cilantro, red pepper, lemon


Yocheved's Hummus

2 cups of chickpeas
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
3-5 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of Tahini
2 gloves of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
(optional) red chili or dash of cayenne pepper
Put ingredients in food processor
add more oil if refrigerator dries out it
