Simple Seseme Noodles

1/2 cup soy
1/2 toasted seseme oil
1/3 cup sugar
seseme seeds

Pour over noodles and serve cold

Squash Kugel (2 variations)

20 oz of butternut squash
1 stick margerine
1/2 cup of parve coffee creamer
1/2 cup flour
drop of cinn
3 eggs

2 medium squash (8 sweet potatoes) peeled and boiled
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar (less with sweet potato)
1 cup flour
1/4 vanilla flavored soy milk

Rae Roe's Crapple Cake

Topping (this recipe is already doubled so crust can be added to the bottom)
2 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 stick of margarine
sprinkle honey and cinn for good measure

Filling
5-6 peeled and cut apples
canned cranberries (blueberry works too)
sprinkle honey and cinn for good measure

bake 1 hr on 350

Carrot Muffins

4 large carrots (boiled until soft..but not too soft)
mash carrots with fork..not too crushed
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oil
lil salt
mix

bake in muffin tray for 45 minutes on 350

Avocado Sushi Salad

Salad should have baby lettuce, nori strips, chow mein noodles

Dressing:
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1 glove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp castor sugar (honey)
1/2 avocado mashed (add other half to salad)

Pia's Tahina Plant

tahina salad
* 1 lemon
* tahina extract
* water (equal amount to Tahina powder)

Eggplant
* slit eggplant all the length and a little bit of width (like T)
* add kosher salt inside
* bake for 20 minutes until outside is soft
* open it like a bowl and add tahina

Serve whole eggplant with a spoon in it
