Salad should have baby lettuce, nori strips, chow mein noodles
Dressing:
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1 glove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp castor sugar (honey)
1/2 avocado mashed (add other half to salad)
