tahina salad
* 1 lemon
* tahina extract
* water (equal amount to Tahina powder)
Eggplant
* slit eggplant all the length and a little bit of width (like T)
* add kosher salt inside
* bake for 20 minutes until outside is soft
* open it like a bowl and add tahina
Serve whole eggplant with a spoon in it
