Dried Fruit Brisket

Flour, spice, herb, rub, and thyme your brisket
Brown it in a dutch oven (frying pan)
add oil, caramelized onion, garlic, carrots
red wine
cut potatoes
broth (2 cups liquid)

Oven 300, 3-4 hours covered
1 hour before serving add a combination of dried fruid, slice the meat, and add more broth if needed.
