Crispy non-cook bars

1/2 cup honey
2/3 cup tehina
1/2 crushed sunflower seeds or walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
4 cups of crisped rice
mix and roll into sesame seeds

Good, Healthy, and High in Protein!
