1 Batch makes 6 Challot
Bowl 1:
3 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
5 eggs
2 tbl salt
Bowl 2
1 cup lukewarm water
1 square of yeast
2 teaspoon dry yeast
2 t sugar
when it bubbles, add to bowl 1
After combined, gradually add 2 kilos of flour, let rise 30 mins and bake at 350
